Kylie Elling

Kylie Elling is the Director of Studies at Macarthur Anglican School in Cobbitty, South West of Sydney. With over 30 years of experience in education, she has held key leadership positions including Head of Junior School and Head of Middle School and worked across both the Government and Independent sector. 

Currently, she oversees the academic direction and curriculum for 1,400 students across the K-12 independent school. Her extensive background in school leadership provides a unique perspective on developing student skills pathways and preparing young people for successful post-school pathways.
