After protecting some of Australia’s largest and most complex organisations — including Macquarie Group, Westpac, and Woolworths — Chantelle identified a critical gap: best-practice human risk management wasn’t reaching far enough.

She founded Psyber to change that. Her mission is bold: to empower one million Australians with the skills and confidence to stay cyber safe. Under Chantelle’s leadership, Psyber has built a reputation for strong results, close collaboration with clients, and a commitment to reducing cyber risk. 

Alongside building Psyber, Chantelle plays an active role in shaping Australia’s cybersecurity conversation, sharing insights through podcasts with leaders such as Shark Tank’s Nick Bell and being featured by publications including Women’s Agenda.
